Summer Party at Atmosphera Srl new Headquarter
Atmosphera Srl inaugurated the new company headquarters with the Summer Party event.

Atmosphera Srl is focused on innovation and reducing environmental impact.
The growth of the Venetian company in the luxury design field shows no signs of stopping: the inauguration of the new headquarters, a NZEB-classified building with reduced energy consumption, is soon to take place.
The opening of the new Limena headquarters, just outside Padua, is part of a multi-year growth and expansion plan for Atmosphera Srl, the Venetian company behind luxury brands Atmosphera Outdoor and Capitol Interior. It’s an innovative and sustainable building in all its aspects, achieving the nZEB classification – literally nearly Zero Energy Building – which means a structure designed to respect and uphold principles of work-life balance and environmental impact reduction.

Compared to similar “traditional” buildings, energy savings can reach up to 50%. The new headquarters of the company led by brothers Alberto and Federico Viscovich will cover an area of approximately 15,000 square meters, including offices, logistics, and a spacious showroom dedicated to both brands. The headquarters, spacious and efficient, aligns perfectly with the company’s values, foremost among them being the desire to strengthen a sense of cohesion among collaborators and the company’s local roots. All workspaces will interact with the presence of specially designed vegetation integrated into the context as an element that “oxygenates” the spaces and helps eliminate any alienating components, creating an ideal continuity between the indoor and outdoor environment. The project, designed by Christian Grande DesignWork in collaboration with Studio Orteschi, takes into account the latest principles of energy, environmental, and economic sustainability. A true green building that stands as a beacon within the Italian building heritage. Less than 0.005% of buildings in Italy are classified as nZEB, with the vast majority being newly constructed structures (90%) and residential in nature (85%).
